Zumba
Ongoing
Come join the newest dance craze to hit America!  This dance - inspired class is great for all fitness levels and ages, it’s fun and a fantastic workout.  Loud music and quick steps all led by a certified instructor make for a challenge!

Tumbling-Beginner
Begins   January 7th
Ends     February 18th
Instructor: Shawn Harrington
This is a beginner class that will teach the basic fundamentals of tumbling. Students in this class will work on basic progressions: forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, handstand drills, cartwheels, and round-offs. Strength and flexibility will be instructed each class and staff will assist each student with hands-on spotting techniques.
Saturdays          9:00-10:00 am

Non-Members    $55     Or $7.00 per class

 

Tumbling-Intermediate
Begins   January 7th
Ends     February 18th
Instructor: Shawn Harrington
This class is geared for students who have mastered the basic tumbling skills and are ready to move on. The skills in this class are dive rolls, front walkovers, back walkovers, multiple cartwheels, and a two-step entry into a round-off. Strength, conditioning, and flexibility will also be taught each class session.

Non-Members    $55    or $7.00 per class 

 

Pickle Ball
Ongoing
Pickle Ball is a tennis type, paddle game played inside with a wiffle ball.  We have purchased a net and are playing pick-up style games in the gym. We provide all the equipment and someone will be here to help you learn.

Kickboxing
Instructor: Heidi Brague
High intensity interval boxing, kickboxing and cross training all in one class. Train like an athlete with intense cross training for agility, speed, strength, conditioning and power. There are only 16 spots available in each class.
Tuesdays/Thursdays:        6:00-7:00 pm                             
Members:                        Free
Non-Members                 $7.00 per class

 

Tot Gym
Free and open to the public– come use the gym for some fun!  We have a tent maze to set up, kids’ basketball hoop, and even a kitchen and workbench!  Come ride our bikes with your friends or run a loop around the gym! Parent supervision required.
Wednesdays:    10:00-11:00 AM

 

Living Fit
Instructor: Heidi Brague
Strength and Balance Class to help older adults to reduce their risk of falling.This program will provide a series of classes to strengthen the body and focus on better balance.

Introduces the basic principles and practices of Hatha Yoga, and sets the context for further study. Students will develop a clear foundation for asana practice, with an emphasis on proper alignment and body awareness, basic breath training and Yoga meditation.  Please bring your own mat.

Osteoporosis Bone Builders
 Instructors: Darlene McArdell, Maverette Lincoln, Dave Shurtleff
This program consists of warm up exercises, progressive weight training and balance exercises all designed to help prevent and treat Osteoporosis.
 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday/ Thursday 
An orientation and Dr.’s release is required, before participation.  This class is FREE to both members & non-members!
 
Insanity
You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout.
Mondays/Wednesdays: 6:00-7:00 a.m.
Saturdays: 8:00-9:00 a.m.

Weekend Yoga
Ongoing
Instructor: Kathleen Frizzi
Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body.
Vinyasa (or “flow”) yoga links breath with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement. Modifications are given for beginner students and variations are offered for more advanced students.
(This class is not included with membership)
Saturdays: Gentle Yoga 8-9 a.m.
 
 
Personal Training
Many times available(By appointment)
$125 for five 1 hour sessions
                or
$30 for one 1 hour session
Work 1 on 1 with a trained professional and develop a specific workout plan that is right for you.
